An Northern TAS hospital requires a Clinical Nurse Specialist/Consultant in Diabetes/Endocrinology from ASAP to 25/05/2026.

Required period: ASAP to 25/5/26

Essential skill set includes:
• Management of adult and paediatric Diabetes Mellitus
• Management of adult New Start Insulin education
• Diabetes Mellitus
• Adult and paediatric insulin pump training and education
• Gestational Diabetes Mellitus management
• Delivery of school group and GDM group education sessions
• Ambulatory Care referral follow-up
• Inreach Inpatient referral assessment and patient education

Desirable Skill Set:
• Management of paediatric Diabetes Mellitus
• Paediatric insulin pump training and education
• Management of New Start Insulin education paediatric Diabetes Mellitus
