Dr David Campbell – Director
David spent 25 years in medicine working in a range of metropolitan and rural health services before setting up Skilled Medical in 2005 and has led its development into one of Australia's leading Healthcare recruitment firms. His previous executive roles included Regional Director of the New England Health Region in NSW and CEO of St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne. With an extensive background in medical workforce development, David is a former Chairman of the Board of Continuing Education of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, Councillor on the Postgraduate Medical Council of NSW, Executive Committee member of the Victorian Medical Postgraduate Foundation and founding Board member of the Rural Doctors' Network of NSW. David has specialist qualifications in public health medicine and medical administration and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
Kerstin Villanueva – Senior Nursing Recruitment Consultant
Kerstin Villanueva is our Senior Recruitment Consultant and Clinical support lead. Kerstin's Nursing experience spans over 10 years specialising in Emergency and Critical Care. Kerstin brings a wealth of clinical experience and knowledge to compliment her role and uses this to provide an exceptional service to her candidates and clients. Kerstin is passionate about ensuring clients and candidates are well supported throughout the recruitment and placement process. Kerstin continues to practice in some of Victoria's largest metropolitan emergency departments where she takes an active role in leadership and education.
