A Northern Tasmanian hospital requires a  Registered Nurse to Provide high-quality nursing care across various hospital departments • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Support patients and families through their healthcare journey • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Essential Criteria

You will need: • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse • Knowledge and skills relative to both Emergency and Aged Care Nursing • Understanding of working and living in a remote health setting • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
