An Western VIC hospital requires a Enrolled Nurse in Aged Care from 13/04/2026 to 26/04/2026.

Harbourside Lodge is a Residential Aged Care Facility attached by walkways to Portland District Health.
It is currently operational to 28 residents in a 2 wing, single level building.
Residents are generally frail, and requiring high level care.
We do not have a memory specific unit, but there are some residents at Harbourside Lodge who have dementia and behavioural issues.
