An Metropolitan NSW Community Care requires a Registered Nurse/RN in Community/Home Care from 29/03/2026 to 26/06/2026.

Mandatory Experience :
Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, ideally in community health, or GP practice settings.
Understanding of trauma-informed and harm minimisation frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse clients.
Experience using clinical systems (HELIX, Best Practice or similar).
Unrestricted driver’s licence (essential for outreach work).
BLS certificate and up-to-date CPD and immunisation requirements.
Compassionate, adaptable, and passionate about improving healthcare access for those most in need.
Experience working with people experiencing mental health, AOD, homelessness, or refugee-related challenges is highly regarded
