• We also oversea a community health clinic on truwana/Cape Barren Island that provides community and emergency care for this remote aboriginal community

The Position
• Lead and mentor nursing and care staff across Flinders and Cape Barren Islands.
• Oversee clinical operations and ensuring compliance with both aged care and hospital quality and safety standards
• Manage staff rosters and resource allocation
• Drive quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice
• Support staff development through coaching and providing professional growth opportunities
