Skilled Nursing are looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator (Credentialled Diabetes Nurse Educator) to work in Launceston.

Dates: ASAP - 23rd March 2026

Essential skill set includes:
• Management of adult and paediatric Diabetes Mellitus
• Adult and paediatric insulin pump training and education
• Gestational Diabetes Mellitus management
• Delivery of group education sessions
• Ambulatory Care referral follow-up
• Inpatient referral assessment and patient education
