An Western VIC hospital requires a Registered Nurse in Aged Care from 16/02/2026 to 01/03/2026.
In Charge for Harbourside Lodge Aged Care from 16/2/26-1/3/26
Shifts requiring RN cover (so I/C) are Night Shifts:
Mon Feb 16 thru to Fri Feb 20 - 5 nights (40 hrs)
and Mon Feb 23 thru to Feb 27 - 5 nights (40 Hrs)
Harbourside Lodge is a Residential Aged Care Facility attached by walkways to Portland District Health.
It is currently operational to 28 residents in a 2 wing, single level building.
Residents are generally frail, and requiring high level care.
We do not have a memory specific unit, but there are some residents at Harbourside Lodge who have dementia and behavioural issues.
