Details

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Consultant to work in an Aged Care Governance, Longreach, Queensland.

Dates: Initial 8-week contract – start in January 2026

The CNC – Aged Care Governance role includes:
• Review and develop resources (procedures and guidelines) for service delivery and consistency across the HHS
• Revise the MPSP agreement with stakeholders to develop a plan for audit towards registration renewal
• Rewrite current Residential Agreements – to be completed by April 2026
• Provide support to the Commonwealth Home Support Programme for compliance with procedures.
• Sound knowledge and/or ability to navigate through MyAgedCare portals including GPMS; Health Data Portal; QPS Benchmarking
