  • We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Adult Community Mental Health to work in Tasmania!

Dates

  • ASAP to 25th October 2024

Duties

  • Working in collaboration with patients, their family, or carers
  • Planning and implementing nursing care that is evidence based
  • Working as an active member of the multidisciplinary team to provide care to all patients
  • Knowledge and understanding doing biopsychosocial assessments
  • Monitoring and reviewing mental health and responding to treatments
  • Promoting community awareness in mental health

Essential Criteria

  • AHPRA registration
  • Experience in Mental Health Nursing in community
  • Post graduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification
  • Valid drivers license
