- We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Adult Community Mental Health to work in Tasmania!
Dates
- 1st July - 30th August or 8th July - 6th September
Duties
- Working in collaboration with patients, their family, or carers
- Planning and implementing nursing care that is evidence based
- Working as an active member of the multidisciplinary team to provide care to all patients
- Knowledge and understanding doing biopsychosocial assessments
- Monitoring and reviewing mental health and responding to treatments
- Promoting community awareness in mental health
Essential Criteria
- AHPRA registration
- Experience in Mental Health Nursing in community
- Post graduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification
- Valid drivers license
