The Position

As the Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:

• Planning, assessing, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with patients/their families and the multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and health outcomes 
• Delivery of patient centered care that coordinates individualised care from admission and throughout hospitalisation, incorporating discharge planning in the plan of care 
• Administration of medication in accordance with hospital procedures, protocols and policies

Essential Criteria

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• 1 year experience working in Emergency Department
• Current National Police Check
• Current & updated immunisation and serology evidence
