About you - responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop care plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and administer medications
- Coordinate and manage a caseload, facilitating access to community resources
- Work with a team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
- Respond to mental health crises and develop safety plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare necessary reports
Essential
- AHPRA Registration
- Clinical Mental Health experience
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- BLS certificate
- Hand hygiene certificate
- Manual and patient handling certificate
- Infection control certificate
- Aggressive behaviour management certificate
- Mandatory reporting of reasonable Suspicions of Child Abuse and Neglect certificate
- Medications management including QPHS (Drugs and Poisons) Regulations November 2012 (Nurses) certificate
- Responsibilities in relation to Aged Care Act and Elder Abuse certificate
- Current Immunisation and Serology evidence
